  • Time-Based: Forward calls during specific hours (e.g., after business hours to an answering service or mobile phone)
  • Selective: Forward calls from specific caller IDs to a different destination

How to Set Up Call Forwarding

Setting up forwarding with On-VoIP takes just a few steps:

  1. Log in to the customer portal
  2. Navigate to Call Forwarding settings for your extension or number
  3. Choose the forwarding type (always, busy, no-answer, time-based)
  4. Enter the destination number (another extension, mobile number, or external line)
  5. Save your settings — changes take effect immediately

You can also configure forwarding via star codes directly from your phone. Dial *72 followed by the destination number to enable forwarding, and *73 to disable it.
