- Business — $20/month per extension: Everything in Residential plus Cloud PBX features like auto attendant, ring groups, call recording, conference bridges, and more

Number Porting
Already have a phone number? Bring it with you. On-VoIP supports number porting from any carrier in the US and Canada. Keep your existing business or personal number when you switch.
The porting process takes 7–14 business days for most carriers. During the transition, your number continues to work normally. Once porting completes, calls are automatically routed to your On-VoIP service.
